Retrospectives are a chance for a team to come together to reflect on how they are working and identify small adjustments that will improve their practices. While it's not uncommon to start a retrospective by reviewing key team data, it's just as important that we look at data coming out of retrospectives. Learn what data to gather and how to interpret it to identify the most valuable opportunities for improvement. Then take a data-driven approach to your action items as well, identifying the outcome and making them measurable through the Retrospective Hypothesis Canvas. Learn important tools for creating team ownership of the process by making micro-adjustments to how you work. This session will give you all the tools you need to make sure your retrospectives are focused, actionable, and effective.
