My ethos is seeded in the African philosophy of Ubuntu – the universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity. I believe that incredible things happen when people feel connected, valued, empowered and involved.

I am an award-winning diversity, equity and inclusion strategist, leadership consultant and employee engagement specialist. Through culture change programmes I have successfully embedded the practice, and enhanced organisational awareness and cultural intelligence. I have achieved this by influencing the systems and practices that support unlocking individual, community and organisational potential by striving for equity and inclusion.

I am currently undertaking a Masters of Business in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
