Lean-Agile Coach and Organizational Community Builder
I’m a Lean-Agile Coach with a passion for Community Building, the Meetup I’m honored to host, “Agile Coaching DC”, and the new podcast I was recruited to co-host, Agile-World.news. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in all organizational levels, from the mailroom to the boardroom. My focus over the past decade has been helping organizations embrace Agility through Lean Portfolio Management, organization around the flow of customer value, launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and helping to create Lean-Agile Centers of Excellence.
Bringing people together is something I enjoy. It’s helped me become successful in transforming organizations and building new communities. I often find leadership qualities in people and love coaching and mentoring growth as it helps me grow too.
I’m blessed, not only by an amazing agile community but also by my loving family. My wife Nataliya is an avid gardener and speaks 3 languages fluently. I love my children (Tatiana and Max) more than anything in this world but realize nothing loves me more than my eldest dog Sigyn and our COVID puppy, Loki.
I recently gave up my part-time soccer coaching role as my son, Max has joined a select team and is being coached by the professionals now.
